Level 3 Audiovisual Acquired by India-Based Online Instruments

Level 3 Audiovisual, the Mesa, Ariz.-based, audiovisual integration, consulting and engineering firm, has been acquired by Online Instruments, a global technology firm headquartered in India with operations spanning the UAE, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, the Philippines and now the United States.

The DAK Group, an investment bank specializing in middle-market mergers and acquisitions, facilitated the transaction as the exclusive financial advisor to Level 3 Audiovisual. The DAK Group says the deal involved complex cross-border negotiations, multiple stakeholders and precise coordination to ensure a seamless closing,
