NSCA, the not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, has announced the speaker lineup for its 2026 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) for executive-level education, networking and professional growth.

According to NSCA, the 2026 BLC will take place Feb. 24 to 26, 2026, at the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. The conference will allow integration firm leaders to explore new strategies and mindsets so they can shape what’s next for their businesses, their people and the industry.

Each year, BLC brings together hundreds of integration professionals — from owners and executives to project managers and business developers — to discuss critical business issues, share best practices and cultivate leadership skills that drive long-term success, says NSCA.

2026 Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) Keynotes

According to NSCA, the 2026 BLC event features an exceptional lineup of thought leaders and strategists, including:

  • Dr. Chris Kuehl, with a tailored economic outlook that digs into inflation, tariffs, labor shortages, and global events so leaders can make informed plans amid industry uncertainty.
  • Frankie Russo, who unpacks what it takes to raise the bar for leadership in a changing world.
  • Josh Sundquist, delivering a masterclass in resilience and mindset to show leaders how to foster grit, optimism, and growth by applying the “One More Thing, One More Time” philosophy.
  • Amanda Gore, who explores how leaders can bridge the growing communication gap with their teams to fuel connection and performance.
  • Colonel DeDe Halfhill, with a powerful closing session that draws on her 25-year U.S. Air Force career and explores how unseen forces like mistrust and resistance can impact execution without trust and adaptability in place.

How To Register for BLC 2026

NSCA announced that members can register now to attend BLC for $1,080. On Jan. 1, 2026, the price increases to $1,299. Up-and-coming industry leaders who have never attended BLC are also eligible to apply for a Randy Vaughan Founder’s Award to receive free registration. To qualify, applicants must be in a management or decision-making role at a commercial integration firm. Applications are due by Nov. 7, 2025.
