Registration is now open for CEDIA Expo/Commercial Integrator (CIX) 2026, returning to the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Sept. 1-4, 2026.
CEDIA Expo/CIX will bring together more than 14,000 attendees and 300+ exhibiting brands across key categories, including lighting, security, audio, video, smart home technology and design. The event combines product discovery, hands-on training and industry collaboration, providing integrators and installers with the tools, insights and partnerships to grow their business.
Attendees will experience twenty dedicated Sound Rooms along with immersive product demonstrations, and in-depth Manufacturer Product Training sessions, creating a highly practical environment for learning, product evaluation and connection.
Following a strong 2025 event, CEDIA Expo/CIX returns at a pivotal moment for the industry. As technologies such as AI, lighting, automation, security and energy management become increasingly integrated across residential and commercial environments, the event serves as the central platform to discover new solutions, build partnerships, and advance technical expertise.

What to Expect at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2026
CEDIA Expo/CIX is adjusting its schedule to accommodate Labor Day weekend, allowing attendees more flexibility to enjoy the holiday. The Exhibit Hall will be open from Wed., Sept. 2, through Fri., Sept. 4.
- CEDIA Education Conference: Running Sept. 1-3, the conference delivers expert-led training across business, emerging tech, design/build, technical, lighting and certifications, equipping professionals with the skills needed to grow and adapt in a rapidly changing market.
- Smart Stage Thought Leadership Programming: Expanded show floor programming will explore key industry shifts, including AI-driven integration, energy management, new revenue models, workforce challenges, and deeper collaboration between integrators and designers.
- Skills Challenge (New for 2026): A live hands-on competition showcasing real-world technical expertise from rack building to troubleshooting will highlight the skills required in today’s integration projects. Attendees can compete, learn or cheer on the pros who can win daily prizes.
- Design/Build Programming & Technology Designer’s Day of Discovery: Anchored by a dedicated design/build track with the CEDIA Education Conference, this integrated program is designed to foster early collaboration among architects, designers, builders and integrators. The experience extends to the show floor through Technology Designer’s Day of Discovery, featuring curated tours, targeted educational sessions, and a premium industry luncheon bridging design vision with technology execution.
