Solotech has appointed Stéphane Lefebvre as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective Sept. 29, 2025. After over 8 years of guiding the company to its distinctive position, Martin Tremblay, former President and CEO, is handing over the reins to his successor, who has been serving on Solotech’s Board of Directors.
This leadership transition reflects a balance of continuity and renewal, says the company, positioning it to drive global expansion, sustainable growth and innovation in audiovisual technology. The company aims to solidify its role as a leader in touring, events and systems integration.
Based in Montreal, Lefebvre brings extensive international leadership experience and deep expertise in the entertainment and technology sectors. As the former CEO of Cirque du Soleil, he led the company’s post-pandemic recovery, overseeing its transformation and global expansion.
Before Cirque, Lefebvre spent two decades in executive roles at CAE, gaining significant experience in technology, systems integration, and operational management within the aerospace industry. Earlier in his career, he worked in financial advisory at PwC. He also serves on the boards of Transat A.T. and C2 Montreal.
