Culinary enthusiasts are enticed by the casino’s food hall, boasting 11 diverse eateries alongside four standalone restaurants showcasing exquisite flavors from around the globe. The casino offers 20,000 square feet of versatile convention space for events of distinction, complemented by an enchanting event lawn for unforgettable gatherings. Everything at the casino is designed to reflect luxury, including the audiovisual aspect.

Project Details

Technology West Group was awarded the project to design and install the AV throughout the luxury property. With successful collaborations in and around Las Vegas spanning over 20 years, Technology West emerged as an ideal choice to provide AV solutions that aligned with the experiential goals of the casino.

“LEA’s speaker tunings simplify the initial system setup by providing precise, optimized configurations right out of the gate,” remarks Richard Reisig, owner of Technology West. “This means less time spent adjusting and more time spent delivering quality sound.”

Technology West reveals it installed 85 Dante Connect Series amplifiers, utilizing a mixture of Connect Series 354D and Connect Series 704D amplifiers to power the property’s audio. With 96kHz-capable Dante and AES67 connectivity options, the IoT-enabled 4-channel 354D provides 350 watts per channel, supports Hi-Z (70V or 100V) and Lo-Z selectable by channel, and features Smart Power Bridge technology. The 354Ds power hundreds of Sonance in-ceiling, surface mount and hanging loudspeakers throughout the resort. Similar in features, the 704D also offers 700 watts per channel across four channels, providing higher wattage for various needs throughout the property.

SharkWare Software Enables Effortless Monitoring

For the casino, Technology West says it utilized the free SharkWare software by LEA Professional to configure a base profile and push it out to all the pre-staged LEA amplifiers. SharkWare includes amplifier grouping, offline design, granular user access control levels, locked speaker tunings and a graphical EQ, says the manufacturer.

According to LEA Professional, SharkWare also allows users to monitor the status of every amplifier connected to the network in the casino. Users can also check the status and performance of individual channels. Additionally, the software enables users to view and adjust channel settings. This includes input settings, signal generator, crossover, equalizer, limiter and load monitoring, for all LEA Professional Connect Series amplifiers.

Delivering An Approachable Luxury Experience

According to the statement, the casino offers locals and visitors a boutique gaming and approachable luxury experience. The opening has been so successful that plans are already underway for expansion. This includes a new parking structure and over 25,000 square feet of additional casino space. Additionally, it will feature a new high-limit slot and bar area offering an additional 230 slot machines, with 120 dedicated to a new high-limit room. This will set the stage for an even more magnificent experience at the casino.

“The ability to select Lo-Z or Hi-Z on a per-channel basis transforms system flexibility, allowing independent channel configuration for a variety of speaker setups. This means you can mix and match different speaker types within the same amplifier, without compromise,” says Reisig. “By simplifying installation and reducing the need for additional hardware, this feature ensures seamless integration across diverse environments, delivering optimal audio performance every time.”
