We’ve heard a lot lately about the struggles of pro AV integrators and manufacturers to find the right talent to fill their job openings, whether they’re expanding into a new region, conducting AV installation projects in a different vertical, or simply trying to add more resources to help their customers.
About half of NSCA’s members say the inability to find the right talent is their biggest challenge, and AVIXA’s monthly Pro-AV Business Index continues to vacillate, in part because of the lack of qualified talent to fill openings, which in some cases has led firms to turn away work. [related]

Associations and buying groups across the pro AV industry are doing what they can to help their members find a solution to this ever-growing hiring issue, and now integrators have another resource to help them match the jobs they’re trying to fill with some of the untapped talent.
