Fulcrum Acoustic, the Whitinsville, Mass.-based, loudspeaker and audio equipment manufacturer, launched the CC Series, a constant curvature subcardioid array system. The new Series is designed for “exceptional clarity, coverage and easy deployment,” says Fulcrum Acoustics.
The CC Series includes two full-range loudspeakers, the CC215 and CC230, which offer 100-degree horizontal coverage with 15-degree and 30-degree vertical dispersion. A companion CCS118 subwoofer completes the system. Built with Fulcrum’s signature Passive Cardioid Technology, the system reduces low-frequency energy behind the loudspeakers using a single amplifier channel and no additional DSP or drivers.

Fulcrum Acoustics CC Series Loudspeaker Features
The CC Series also features the new Medusa Waveformer, which enables all loudspeakers in the array to function as a single source. This ensures smooth, consistent response across the entire coverage area. Lightweight construction, fixed angles, and multiple rigging options support fast, efficient deployment in a wide range of applications.
“The CC Series is a major step for Fulcrum as our first non-coaxial loudspeaker line,” says Stephen Siegel, President of Fulcrum Acoustic. “It combines the versatility of a constant curvature array with the benefits of our Passive Cardioid Technology. It stays true to what we do best by delivering compact, thoughtfully engineered solutions for real-world acoustic challenges.”
The CC Series is available now in Fulcrum One software for modeling and system design.
