Humly, the Scandinavian workplace experience company, has appointed Jonathan Boutin as head of marketing, effective immediately. Based in Stockholm, Boutin will oversee global marketing strategy and communications, ensuring alignment with the Humly brand. He reports directly to CEO Anders Karlsson.

Boutin, who joined Humly three years ago, previously focused on partner relations, business development and market expansion, successfully building the company’s North American channel partner network. His close collaboration with sales operations has deepened his understanding of customer needs and how to address them through marketing and product strategies.

Already leading a comprehensive rebranding initiative, Boutin aims to refine Humly’s messaging, align with ideal customer profiles and expand the company’s presence into new markets and verticals. “As we prepare to launch our new branding, my goal is to ensure all marketing efforts drive sustainable campaigns and support business growth,” Boutin says.

CEO Anders Karlsson highlights Boutin’s contributions, stating, “Jonathan’s versatility and dedication have prepared him for this leadership role. At Humly, we value promoting from within, and Jonathan’s readiness for new challenges makes him a natural fit to lead our marketing efforts.”
