CI’s 40 Under 40 program highlights emerging leaders and standout contributors age 39 or younger who are making an impact across the channel. That includes professionals from integrators, manufacturers, distributors, programming companies, consultants, technology managers, industry associations and other corners of the commercial AV ecosystem.
The goal is simple: to spotlight people whose accomplishments, leadership and influence stand out early in their careers. Some nominees may already hold senior roles. Others may be rising professionals who have earned the respect of managers, mentors and peers through strong work, technical skill, creative thinking or a clear leadership trajectory.
