According to the company, at the core of this innovation is the shared pixel technology, a feature that not only enhances cost efficiency but also elevates the overall quality of display.
Shared pixel technology, as the core technology, shares and reuses real pixels, resulting in a reduction in the number of sub-pixels required, the company notes. Additionally, the COB shared pixel rendering technology used in Mnano not only increases the number of LEDs and drive ICs but also achieves an impressive HD display effect at a significantly lower cost. Users can thus enjoy the stunning display effect of p1.25 at the price of p2.5, making wonderful visual experiences accessible to a broader audience, per a statement.
Beyond cost-effectiveness, the Mnano MetaTech series also prioritizes image quality, says YES TECH. The adoption of Mini Flip-chip COB and nano-optical composite material packaging coating ensures that the entire screen maintains consistent ink color over time. As a result, it minimizes color deviation and image degradation. The combination of a high contrast rate and small pixel pitch results in a display that is not only vivid and delicate but also exudes vibrant colors. According to a statement, environmental sustainability is a key consideration in the design of Mnano MetaTech series. Leveraging shared pixel technology, the series can save approximately 10% of power compared to real pixel under white balance conditions. Additionally, the fully inverted COB flip-chip technology enables efficient heat dissipation, leading to a cooler display. This then extends the lifespan of the display and contributes to a more comfortable viewing experience.
As Mnano MetaTech series supports both wall-mounted and floor-mounted installations, it caters to a variety of environments. The series also offers full front maintenance with professional magnetic tools that are easy to operate and saves space, thus providing a more cost-effective solution.
