Who Should You Nominate?
CI‘s annual 40 Under 40 program highlights professionals age 39 or younger who are molding the work the industry does every day. That includes people across integration firms, manufacturers, distributors, consulting practices and end user organizations.
At CI, we believe strong candidates come from every corner of the channel. You do not need a senior title to stand out. CI looks for professionals who show:
- Leadership on projects or teams
- Technical skill in design, integration or programming
- Initiative that solves real problems
- Measurable business impact
- Influence across the broader integration community
If someone on your team or in your network fits that description, put their name forward. Please note, nominees must be 39 years of age or younger as of September 1, 2026.
Why Your Nomination Matters
Recognition from peers carries weight. A nomination from an integrator, manufacturer, consultant or end user helps surface talent that might otherwise go unnoticed. It also gives rising professionals visibility that can shape the next stage of their careers.
