GPA and FORTÉ have announced they have agreed to conclude their current partnership effective 31 December 2026, to pursue their respective strategic priorities and growth initiatives.

Per the statement, the relationship between GPA and FORTÉ has contributed to the successful delivery of audiovisual projects and programs designed to enhance communication and collaboration for customers worldwide, since 2020.

During this time, both organizations have worked together to support global enterprises through innovative technology solutions, strong customer relationships and a shared commitment to deliver excellence.

As both businesses continue to evolve, GPA and FORTÉ announced they have agreed their future strategies are best advanced independently.

GPA and FORTÉ to Pursue Opportunities Independently

The decision reflects the natural progression of two successful organizations pursuing distinct opportunities for growth while remaining committed to the values and relationships developed through their partnership.

Most importantly, both organizations stated they are committed to ensuring continuity for customers, partners and stakeholders throughout the transition process.

Existing projects, active engagements and customer commitments will continue to be supported through agreed transition arrangements, with a focus on maintaining the high standards of service, collaboration and delivery that customers have come to expect.

“Our relationship with FORTÉ has been an important part of GPA’s journey, and we are grateful for the contribution the FORTÉ team has made to our organization and our customers over many years,” says James Shanks, managing director of GPA. “As we move forward, GPA remains committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for customers through our global network and strengthening our position as the world’s leading provider of global AV and collaboration services.”

“Our journey with GPA this past six years has been one of the most rewarding experiences for FORTÉ and we are proud of what we’ve accomplished together in support of our customers around the world,” adds Jeff Stoebner, chairman and CEO of FORTÉ. “Further developing global delivery for our customers has been critical, and GPA accelerated this capability. We will cheer for GPA well into the future.”

Continued Investment to Innovation, Customer Success and Development

GPA stated that it will continue to focus on supporting global customers through its extensive network of Regional Business Units and strategic partners, while FORTÉ will continue to pursue its vision and growth objectives.

According to the statement, both companies remain committed to innovation, customer success and the continued development of their respective businesses.

The transition will be managed collaboratively and professionally, with both organizations working closely together to ensure a seamless experience for customers and partners.

While this announcement marks the conclusion of one chapter, it also represents the beginning of new opportunities for both organizations.

According to GPA and FORTÉ, they look forward to building on the foundations established through their long-standing relationship and continuing to serve customers with the same dedication, expertise and professionalism that have defined their success.
