At booth 665, Korbyt will demonstrate three additions to the Korbyt Anywhere platform —updated Korbyt Booking Calendar for reception and conference service teams, ConciergeAI and the Korbyt Booking Add-In for Microsoft 365 — all designed to help legal teams find, book and manage meeting rooms and desks without friction, while protecting the confidentiality their clients expect.
Korbyt announced it will host a live virtual session on Tuesday, August 18 at 12:00 p.m. ET to showcase the latest additions to the Korbyt Anywhere platform.
According to the company, the Korbyt Booking’s capabilities are built to remove the friction within the tools legal professionals already use every day.

The Korbyt Booking Calendar for reception and conference service users gives administrators and workplace teams a single screen to see and manage every desk, room and shared space across the firm’s entire facility, says the company. Here, every floor, building and office is available on a single, scrollable canvas.
A frozen time header also stays locked in place as users scroll through hundreds of resources, so a multi-office firm never loses track of which location, time zone or time slot it is viewing.
According to Korbyt, administrators can save the space and floor combinations they use most as one-click presets, filter instantly to their own bookings, and book, copy, move, recur or cancel any reservation without a single pop-up pulling them away. Information-dense booking cards surface relevant details, while color-coded cards make meeting types instantly readable across the day.
While this new capability is available now in Korbyt Booking, the new calendar can be piloted with a single team before expanding across the entire firm, says the company.

ConciergeAI is a specialist booking agent within the Korbyt Anywhere 5CAI agent suite that lets employees book a desk or meeting room in a single message from Microsoft Teams, Outlook or the Korbyt web app with no filter panels, floor maps or guesswork.
According to Korbyt, an attorney can simply type “room for eight with video conferencing on the 7th floor on Friday at 2pm” and ConciergeAI returns the right space.

Finally, Korbyt says that the no-show “ghost meetings” stop draining capacity: if no one checks in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, the room is automatically released back into the pool of available spaces, thereby preserving workspace resources during periods of peak demand.
