Xyte, developer of the all-in-one cloud platform for device manufacturers and system integrators, announced major partners additions and new features, including Connect+ Edge and the Xyte MCP Server, ahead of InfoComm 2025.

According to the company, several high-profile AV manufacturers, such as AtlasIED, ClearOne, Legamaster, Bose Professional, Ochno, and SoundTrack have joined the Xyte ecosystem. This points to the company’s position as the AV Cloud of choice for device management for manufacturers, systems integrators and in-house AV/UC teams, says Xyte..

Growing Ecosystem

Xyte says that its ecosystem continues to expand at an impressive pace, with month-over-month device growth consistently at over 30% and the company continuing to onboard new systems integrators, manufacturers and in-house AV teams.

The company adds that its partners hail from around the world. These include global systems integrators such as Wesco, Convergint, Link Integration Group, Linx, Citadel, and Solotech as well as local integrators in North America, Latin America, Asia, Europe, the Middle East and Australia; manufacturers in the United States, China, Japan, and elsewhere, and universities and enterprises like Arm, Monday and eToro who are using Xyte’s platform to manage their AV/UC estates.

Connect+ Edge

Xyte also announced its Connect+ Edge solution, as an expansion of its Connect+ ecosystem to provide visibility and control for all devices from a single interface, including those on local networks.

“Connect+ Edge changes the game for IT teams and systems integrators and is the first solution of its kind designed for the enterprise,” says Omer Brookstein, Xyte CEO and cofounder. “By being able to see — for the first time — both local and cloud-connected devices from a single pane of glass, in-house teams and integrators will be able to significantly reduce downtime, prevent costly repairs, increase efficiencies, and be proactive in addressing performance issues.”

Introducing Agentic AI Support

In response to market demand for agentic AI in AV, Xyte says it will demonstrate its Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server at InfoComm 2025. Xyte’s MCP Server and supporting AI agents will give manufacturers, integrators and in-house AV teams an automated, efficient way to handle a variety of device issues.

Through Xyte’s MCP Server, AI agents from Salesforce, ServiceNow, OpenAI and other third-parties can interact with devices in ways that have not previously been possible. “MCP Server will simplify the way AI agents interact with physical devices, much like how USB-C standardized device connections,” Brookstein adds. “By having our own MCP server and supporting AI agents, we are enabling IT support teams to scale without needing to grow their workforce — AI agents will work for them. This is the beginning of a new era to which our industry must be prepared.”

Showcase of In-Product Analytics

Xyte will also showcase several powerful in-product analytics capabilities at InfoComm 2025. The first is tailored for MSPs and in-house teams, equipping them with detailed insights into spaces, devices, and device models. For MSPs managing multiple customers, the analytics dashboard also includes key performance metrics like mean-time-to-resolution and the number of issues resolved before they reach the end-user. A number of additional widgets to provide insights on room utilization, SLA adherence, and decrease in downtime are also in the product plan, says the company.

In the future, Xyte announced it will also release operational dashboards to enable users to identify and resolve potential issues proactively — before they impact end users.

For manufacturers, Xyte says it has introduced a new analytics feature to help OEMs close engagement gaps and drive adoption. This tool provides aggregated data on the number of devices under management, last visit, referral channels, device status and other key metrics. This will help empower OEMs and their channel partners to optimize customer engagement and maximize the value of their deployments, the company states.

Focus on OpenAV

Xyte also announced recently that it has joined the new OpenAV Cloud as a founding member. OpenAV Cloud is an industry-driven initiative bringing together AV manufacturers and technology providers to build an open, secure and customer-first framework for cloud-connected AV.

According to Xyte, by developing and promoting open APIs, secure data practices, and seamless cross-brand integration, OpenAV Cloud aims to remove barriers to innovation and give customers maximum flexibility in working across different brands and platforms.

“Today’s customers expect openness and integration, and OpenAV Cloud is the industry’s collective answer — designed to remove barriers, accelerate innovation and deliver better outcomes for everyone in the AV value chain,” says Brookstein.
