NSCA, the not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, has opened the 2026 Compensation & Benefits Survey for systems integrators across North America. Survey data will help inform the ninth iteration of the biannual Compensation & Benefits Report, slated for an update in Fall 2026.

A detailed benchmarking resource for pay and benefits information, NSCA says its Compensation & Benefits Report is useful for owners and executives to:

  • Uncover wage trends
  • Benchmark salary and bonus structures
  • Compare benefits offerings
  • Guide decisions about hiring, retention and workforce planning

What is the Compensation & Benefits Survey from NSCA?

Per the association, the confidential Compensation & Benefits survey informs the report by gathering data on company background, staffing levels, job roles, salary ranges, incentive and bonus structures, employee benefits, travel reimbursement practices and recent pay adjustments.

An independent third-party research firm processes the responses to make sure all information remains anonymous.

“Every integrator that participates helps us create a more accurate picture of pay and competitive benefits in our industry right now,” says Tom LeBlanc, NSCA executive director. “Leaders rely on this report to make compensation decisions and build packages that attract and retain top talent.”

Who Can Participate in the Survey?

NSCA encourages commercial AV integrators of all sizes to participate in the survey. Integrators that complete the survey will help shape the benchmarks the industry depends on and receive early insights when the report is released.

Once the final report is ready, owners and executives working for NSCA member companies can access the report at no cost. Additionally, non-members can purchase the report, says NSCA.
