Latest international expansion for world’s largest AV integrator ‘fortifies AVI-SPL strategy to be a local partner to its global customers.’

AVI-SPL Expands into Mexico

AVI-SPL today announced it has “incorporated a new business operating in Mexico.”

This marks the company’s latest expansion and “represents AVI-SPL’s commitment to be local to its customers wherever needed,” according to the company announcement.

“Our enhanced delivery capabilities in Mexico will make it much easier for companies to do business in-country with us,” said Mandy Scheller, director of global deployment for AVI-SPL, in the announcement.

“We want to function as a native business partner in the countries where our customers most need our services and solutions to support their expanding UC and hybrid work strategies,” she said.

With AVI-SPL Mexico now operational, AVI-SPL can manage in-country transactions within the U.S., Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and Singapore. AVI-SPL Mexico also will initially support AVI-SPL customers doing business in Latin America.

AVI-SPL’s global strategy “prioritizes delivering the highest level of support to all customers anytime, anywhere,” the company announcement says.

Besides localized operations around the world, this support includes four Global Service Operations Centers (GSOC) in the U.S. and Europe. Collectively, the GSOC’s provide 24/7, multi-lingual, AV and UC help desk support to AVI-SPL’s clients.

AVI-SPL continuously monitors customer satisfaction with its GSOC services and reports consistently achieving 95%+ satisfaction ratings.

AVI-SPL also provides global engagement through its Strategic Accounts Management program. This program supports its largest global and enterprise clients with dedicated resources to manage their strategic planning, project implementation, technology lifecycle management and service design and operations.

Since its inception in 2017, the Strategic Accounts Management program has earned multiple awards from the Strategic Account Management Association. It’s also demonstrated significant value creation, with customers on average saving 20% in total cost of ownership and increasing meeting room utilization by 20%.
