NSCA, the not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, has released its 2024 Compensation & Benefits Report, based on data gathered from 100 systems integrators across North America.
Now in its eighth iteration, the report tracks and benchmarks compensation and benefits data for a variety of key positions within the industry, including technical, non-technical and C-suite roles.
Commercial integration firms of all sizes and across all regions responded to a survey that collected information about company background, staffing levels, employee benefits, compensation, travel reimbursement, and salary increases. This survey data helped develop the 2024 Compensation & Benefits Report, NSCA reveals.
“This is a highly sought-after report for many reasons,” says Tom LeBlanc, executive director, NSCA. “Our Compensation & Benefits Report is the most industry-specific report of its type, an ideal resource for making informed business decisions about employee salaries and benefits packages. This report offers vital information for business leaders that need to make smart decisions to attract and retain staff.”
