Last year, we introduced the 40 CI Influencers Under 40 as a way to highlight the work young people are doing in this industry. This year, we asked those who made the 2014 list to help us find their successors and we think you’ll agree, the results are rather impressive.
We’ll always hold a special place in our hearts for the 2014 CI 40 Under 40 and we know they all feel a sense of pride from being included in this list the first time we did it. We certainly didn’t expect it to turn out to be the late-summer blockbuster it became, but much of that was driven by the people we included and their standing within the industry.
We tried to recreate that magic with the 2015 group and expect to do the same next year. Those who enjoy the annual Sports Illustrated look back at famous athletes of yesteryear might also like hearing about what their favorite honoree from last year’s CI 40 Under 40 have done in the year since earning this distinction.
