Mount-It! PRO, the San Diego, Calif.-based manufacturer of audiovisual mounting products, expanded its array of products designed to support large-screen interactive touchscreen displays with its height-adjustable wall mounts. The two new models can support screens ranging in size from 50 inches to 70 inches and weighing up to 132lbs, or 70 inches to 105 inches and weighing up to 198lbs.
Mount-It! PRO’s MI-20430 and MI-20431 PRO Height-Adjustable Wall Mounts are single-display wall mounts made specifically for interactive touchscreen displays, digital whiteboards, and for videoconferencing and collaboration using large-screen TVs and monitors. According to a statement, it is thus perfect for classroom settings where the screen are lowered for student use and raised for instructor use.
The adjustable weight-balance feature allows for the mounts to compensate for the weight of any interactive display and to raise or lower it with only a light touch, says Mount-It! PRO. Its compact design also allows the mount to be hidden out of sight when not in use.
Applications include classrooms for student and teacher interaction, corporate lobbies, restaurants, and hotels for wayfinding and interactive maps, and videoconferencing and collaboration. Essentially, anywhere an interactive display needs to be permanently installed.

Additionally, the MI-20430 and MI-20431 are compatible with nearly any manufacturers’ displays, including Vivitek, Samsung Flip, Microsoft Surface Hub, Sharp Aquos, Smart Technologies interactive displays and white boards, Promethean ActivePanels, and nearly any large-screen LED/LCD displays.
