Crestron Expands DM NVX AV-over-IP Content Distribution Platform

Crestron has announced “the latest evolution of its flagship DM NVX AV-over-IP signal distribution platform,” rolling out the DM-NVX-360 and DM-NVX-363 models.

The new DM-NVX-360 and DM-NVX-363 models “enable support for the latest industry standards and formats, including AES67, Dolby Vision, HDR10+, and POE+,” according to the Crestron announcement.

The DM NVX platform features “advanced encryption and security standards to make it the most robust and dependable content distribution solution on the market,” the company announcement says.

“DM NVX’s format agnostic, multi-layered technology combines superior image quality, zero-latency, and complete management and control,” according to the Creston announcement.

“As decision-makers continue to explore what the future of buildings and AV/IT infrastructure looks like post-COVID, the ability to dynamically shift content throughout any office, meeting room, facility, across a campus or around the world, is critical,” the Crestron announcement says.

DM NVX can be “expanded and adapted to any challenge,” according to the company announcement.

The latest evolution of the DM NVX platform supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision for an incredibly lifelike video experience. Crestron’s Pixel Perfect Processing technology “ensures that every image, dynamic or static, is as good as the source in stunning 4K quality,” the company announcement says.

“From executive keynotes to video conferences, or live events to virtual learning, audio and video content can be distributed to any location for an immersive and engaging end-user experience,” according to the Crestron announcement.

The next generation of the DM NVX platform will be available on Sept. 30. Two new options include the DM-NVX-360 with an MSRP of $1,800, and the DM-NVX-363 including downmix and Dante support with an MSRP of $2,400.
