Not to keep bringing up COVID-19, but it happened, is still happening, and we need to adapt. One of the ways in which the AV industry has done so over the course of the pandemic is by adopting a new level of interactivity with touchscreen displays.

The pandemic raised concerns about sanitation, so touchscreens in public places might not be the attraction they once were.
