Recruiting, Retaining and Mentoring Employees: Three Part Workshop

This three-part workshop will dive into one of the most challenging aspects of running a systems integration business: workforce development. As many of you are aware, there is no such thing as Audiovisual University, so that means you need to get creative to find and train the audiovisual workforce of the future. However, those employees may opt for a different (but similar) career path like IT.

The session, run by Kelly Perkins of KP Consulting and Steve Greenblatt, president of Control Concepts, will cover employee recruitment, how to retain new employees and how to establish an internal mentorship program.
