Architects: I put this group at the bottom for a reason. CI’s have spent a lot of time and money trying to appeal to this group with mixed results. The bottom line with this group is that they are very early to the table and are a key influencers in projects.Positive: First to know about projects, have significant need to consider A/V in design (although they hate to acknowledge this)Negative: Rarely the final decision maker, long sales cycle once involved in a project
