Jetbuilt to Debut Jetbot Service Desk & Project Platform at ISE 2025

Jetbuilt, global provider of AV project sales and management software, announced its debut at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2025. Leading these updates is the AI-driven Jetbot Service Desk, a key addition to the Service module. Jetbuilt’s Project Platform for Everyone initiative will also take center stage, says the company. Here, Jetbuilt will demonstrate how it unites all project stakeholders —manufacturers, consultants, integrators, vendors and end users—into a seamless ecosystem of communication and collaboration.

The latest upgrades to Jetbuilt’s project platform are powered by the voices of its global user community — drawing on insights from the Jetbuilt Vendor Advisory Council, annual User Summits, and a dedicated User Experience team, to ensure every module provides a best-in-class solution for AV professionals, per a statement.

Jetbot Service Desk Features

According to a statement, Jetbot Service Desk is an AI-powered solution that is revolutionizing AV service desks by enabling 24/7 automated, device-specific troubleshooting that eliminates the guesswork typically involved with diagnosing issues. Its integration within the wider project management environment ensures it understands every detail of a device’s role within an AV system. So, users simply scan a device’s QR code for instant, targeted guidance, eliminating wait times and enabling rapid resolution without human intervention.

Jetbot Service Desk also auto-generates support logs and tickets, keeping integrators informed while freeing up their resources for critical tasks, says Jetbuilt. This proactive, self-service tool empowers end users, minimizes downtime and sets a new standard in AV service efficiency and user satisfaction.

Evolution of Jetbuilt Platform

Per the company, the Jetbuilt platform has continuously evolved over the past decade with a focus on uniting integrators, manufacturers, consultants and end users — from project design to ongoing support.

This evolution is exemplified through Jetbuilt’s Project Platform For Everyone strategy and Client Portal module, that fuels collaboration across the channel, per a statement. This makes pertinent information, such as project status, drawings and designs, equipment manuals and other project details, available for everyone in real-time.

Here, end users can create project overviews and collaborate with their consultant throughout the design process to source the best products, then share the itemized list with their integrator to generate a quote. Integrators can access their unique pricing from distributors and manufacturers and see real-time availability of products, then send an accurate quotation back to the end user.

This detailed information sharing occurs within the Jetbuilt platform to provide an organized, singular interface to encase information and eliminate multiple streams of communications.

Comprehensive Workflow

Jetbuilt also offers a comprehensive commercial workflow for designing, presenting, building and supporting projects in multiple languages. These include German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional and English. This truly global approach offers AV professionals access to a comprehensive, commercially viable workflow in their native language to further drive efficiency and business growth, says the company.
