AVI-SPL, the Tampa, Fla.-based, global provider of digital enablement solutions, announced the launch of new tiered pricing plans for Symphony, its AV Remote Monitoring and Management Software. Unveiled at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, the updated pricing model is designed to align features and functionality with the needs of customers, from small teams to enterprise organizations.
The new structure offers a scalable solution, ensuring customers can start with essential features and expand as their needs grow, all while avoiding unnecessary costs or friction.

The tiered pricing model introduces three distinct levels, each tailored to specific customer requirements:
- Standard: Designed for individuals or small teams, this tier provides essential features to remotely monitor and manage AV/UC&C technology and assets.
- Premium: Ideal for growing businesses, this tier includes advanced functionality, such as integration with ITSM deployments and manufacturer management platforms, to drive greater efficiency.
- Professional: Geared toward enterprise organizations, this tier offers advanced capabilities, including API access, AI-driven insights, workflow automation, and customizable analytics.
The new pricing structure emphasizes transparency and predictability, enabling customers to better forecast costs while maximizing their return on investment.
