What is the new CEDIA Expo/CIX rotation?
Starting in 2027, CEDIA Expo/Commercial Integrator Expo (CIX) will rotate between Las Vegas, Orlando and Dallas. This multi-year strategy is designed to expand accessibility, reach new audiences and deliver greater value to attendees and exhibitors.
Why is CEDIA Expo/CIX changing locations?
The decision to rotate locations was informed by extensive feedback from attendees and exhibitors. Jason McGraw, group vice president and show director, says, “Our audience has been clear — they value variety, accessibility and the opportunity to experience the show in different regions.”
What cities will host CEDIA Expo/CIX?
The rotation will include three major U.S. convention destinations:
- 2027: Las Vegas, NV | Sept. 8–10
- 2028: Orlando, FL | Sept. 26–28
- 2029: Las Vegas, NV | Sept. 5–7
- 2030: Dallas, TX | Sept. 18–20
These cities were chosen for their infrastructure, accessibility and ability to host large-scale events.
