Wesco International (NYSE: WCC) launched Wesco Pro A/V Services, a new portfolio designed to help professional audiovisual integrators improve productivity, scale project capabilities and deliver more consistent outcomes for their customers.

The company will debut the services at InfoComm 2026, June 17-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, where Wesco will host demonstrations at booth C5133.

What is Wesco Pro A/V Services?

Wesco Pro A/V Services is a suite of managed and technical services built for professional AV integrators that combines consultative expertise, technology services and global supply chain capabilities to support the full AV system lifecycle. The portfolio is designed to complement — not replace — an integrator’s existing operations, allowing them to take on higher volumes and more complex deployments without expanding internal headcount.

What services are included in the portfolio?

The new portfolio includes three core service areas:

  • AV systems management and monitoring with 24/7 visibility to improve system uptime and performance
  • Asset and lifecycle management providing visibility into the installed base for tracking, maintenance, refresh planning and end-of-life processes
  • Network operations center and technical assistance center services for ongoing technical support

These capabilities sit within Wesco’s broader project, technology and supply chain services, which the company says enable standardized, repeatable deployments across accounts.

Why is Wesco launching these services now?

Wesco says the complexity in AV has shifted from the technology itself to the supply chain and service infrastructure required to support it at scale. “Pro AV technology has simplified while overall demand has seen an increase. With these higher volumes, alongside global deployments, the complexity now lives in the supply chain with scalability and the services required to deploy and support solutions,” says Phil Langley, vice president of Pro AV for Wesco. “Wesco Pro A/V Services help integrators scale their capabilities, improve execution and deliver long-term value to their customers while staying focused on their core business.”

Who is the target audience for these services?

Professional AV integrators are the primary audience, particularly those managing high-volume or global deployments who need support with cash flow, scalability and ongoing customer service. “With new competitors entering the market, including major tech firms, we help integrators with cash flow, scale and to support their customers globally,” says Tara Dunning, vice president of converging technology for Wesco. “Wesco Pro A/V Services are delivered in collaboration with our integrator partners, giving them the scalability and expertise needed to support service-led and lifecycle-driven engagement models.”

How large is Wesco’s global services operation?

Wesco’s global services organization currently includes approximately 1,100 technical professionals operating across 30 countries. The organization delivers advisory services, data center services, installation enhancement services, project deployment services, managed services and supply chain solutions. The company says these services address staffing gaps and are structured to improve productivity, reduce risk and increase profitability for integration partners.
