WAVE Electronics, the Houston, Texas-based, electronics distributor, has acquired Panorama City, Calif.-based, KOA Electronics Distribution, LLC, an AV, security and CCTV distributor.
This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in WAVE’s expansion across the U.S., enhancing its ability to serve a broader range of customers with an expanded portfolio of products and services.
Mark Fukuda, CEO of WAVE Electronics, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition, stating, “I’ve been very impressed with the KOA team over the years and the growth they have accomplished in such a short time. Under the terms of the agreement, KOA will continue to operate as KOA and Tomassian will remain the CEO of KOA. KOA says its customers can expect the same great products and personalized services with many exciting new dealer focused products and programs on the horizon.
