In an interview ahead of ISE 2026 in Barcelona, Dan Saenz, senior product manager at AtlasIED, offers a preview of the company’s latest product introductions. The discussion centers on new additions to the Atlas+Fyne product lines, highlighting a significant step forward in audio-over-IP technology. AtlasIED will be feature its products booth 2R170 during the event.
Saenz also announced that the company is introducing PoE++ technology into its ceiling and surface-mount speakers. This advancement allows for up to 90 watts of power to be delivered directly from a network switch, enabling higher performance from networked loudspeakers.
AtlasIED at ISE 2026
The new PoE++ enabled product line represents a key development in the convergence of AV and IT infrastructures. Saenz emphasized that this technology allows for the deployment of high-performance loudspeakers with simplified installation, reducing system complexity.
Key details from the announcement include:
- New PoE++ Speaker Models: The launch includes three ceiling speakers (4-inch, 6-inch and 8-inch models) and two surface-mount speakers (4-inch and 6-inch models).
Live Demonstrations: The entire AtlasIED demo room at ISE 2026 will feature PoE++ technology, in partnership with NETGEAR. - Dante Integration: Visitors will see demonstrations of the speakers’ integration with the Dante software application, showcasing the control and monitoring capabilities.
- Real-World Applications: The increased power enables higher SPL applications, making these speakers suitable for more demanding environments. The design also provides integrators with added flexibility, such as easily adding an extra speaker to an existing installation without running new lines.
A Two-Pronged Market Strategy
Saenz also discussed AtlasIED’s broader market strategy. The company is simultaneously targeting both the premium and value-focused segments of the market. The high-performance Atlas+Fyne products with PoE++ are aimed at premium installations like resorts and theme parks, he states.
Concurrently, AtlasIED will also introduce new LMA and DMA series mixer amplifiers. These are simple, app-driven, non-networked solutions designed for single-zone applications such as small retail spaces. This dual approach ensures that AtlasIED provides solutions for a wide range of applications — from complex enterprise-level systems to simple, standalone setups.
