Identify, Assess and Monitor Cyber Security Threats

PSA Security Network announces its newest education initiative focused on cyber security in the security integration industry.

PSA Security Network has announced a new education program aimed at providing the knowledge, skills and tools security integrators need to identify, assess and monitor cyber security threats.

According to PSA, the program benefits from the direction of an executive advisory council whose members represent practice areas including physical security manufacturers, integrators, IT executives, security consultants and engineers, cyber security experts and cyber law. The program will anchor on two educational assemblies to be held in January and May 2015.

The Cybersecurity Congress is scheduled for Jan. 20-21 in Westminster, Colo., and is being produced in collaboration with an exclusive media partner, Commercial Integrator‘s sister publication Security Sales & Integration.

This will be a two-day gathering of senior leaders in the IT and physical security industries where they will learn about risks and liabilities they face, how to establish policies to defend against or respond to threats, and how to adopt security control standards for their organization.
