The Farm AV has added Los Angeles-based Patrick Birch and Salt Lake City-based Don Heisler to its team. In their respective roles, Birch and Heisler will be responsible for fueling the company’s growth as the leader in end-to-end AV expertise and services across Southern California, the Southwest and the Rockies.
“The Farm has developed a reputation for truly standing behind the factories we serve,” explains The Farm CEO, John Hood. “Don Heisler and Patrick Birch have both made long careers out of keeping promises in the Rockies and the Southwest. The timing and fit could not be better as we reach new customers with these mature relationships already in place.”
Birch comes to The Farm with over 20 years of experience in the professional AV market holding sales and management positions with dealers, integrators, and manufacturers — most recently as the western regional sales manager for Kramer Electronics. Birch will be partnering with Matthew Jensen to support customers throughout Southern California and Arizona.
“I’m really looking forward to proudly representing The Farm in Southern California and Arizona,” says Birch. “After speaking with The Farm CEO, John Hood, for five minutes I knew I would be joining the company and helping them grow as they expand The Farm into these new markets.”
Heisler hails from Salt Lake City-based manufacturer rep firm, Signal Marketing. During the three decades he worked for Signal Marketing, Heisler did everything from customer service and technical support to inside and outside sales for a variety of pro AV manufacturers, including Audio-Technica, Visionary Solutions and Juice Goose. Heisler will be joining Dana Nickel in the Rockies and Southwest territories.
“I am really excited to be working with the entire team at The Farm,” says Heisler. “I am looking forward to the challenges that lie ahead, as well as the fact I get to keep working with so many people I have long relationships within this territory. It’s a win-win as far as I am concerned.”
