Lone Star Communications, Inc. (LSC), the Grand Prairie, Texas-based, healthcare technology solutions provider, has promoted Justin Bailey to the position of chief technology officer effective immediately. This pivotal role aligns the technology strategies with LSC’s business goals.

“Justin embodies the LSC culture, and we are fortunate to have someone of his caliber and experience step up to lead this vital role in the company,” states Raymond Bailey, Lone Star Communications founder and president. I’m proud of the entire LSC leadership team. I know Justin’s contributions will solidify our strategy and commitment to delivering the right product, the first time, on time, no exceptions – words we take very seriously.”

Justin Bailey’s 25-year history at LSC is a shining example of someone who has patiently and respectfully moved his way up through the ranks to achieve this well-deserved position, says the company. He will be entrusted with defining and executing the LSC technology vision; managing the team of software developers, engineers, data scientists, and other IT specialties; designing the organization’s technical architecture and infrastructure; aiding in the development of healthcare technology products and solutions; leading all research and development efforts; maintaining a robust cybersecurity infrastructure across the company’s digital landscape; forging strategic partnerships with outside technology companies; and managing IT budgets and resource allocations.

Former Lone Star Communications CTO Jeff Richard says, “Justin’s experience and natural leadership skills poise him for success as the technology leader of LSC going forward. The commercialization of new technologies is both an art and a science. Justin has shown himself to be an astute student and practitioner, which bodes well for Lone Star’s reputation as a technology leader.”

With his knowledge and understanding of technology, Bailey plans to jump into this new role. “I’m grateful for the opportunity ahead for Lone Star, but to seize it, I plan to keep the team focused clearly on accelerating our ability to build and or find innovative products and technologies that will transform our customers ahead of the competition,” he says.

Bailey leaves his previous role as director of research and development, which he held for two years, preceded by roles including program manager, communications design engineer, fabrication manager, and field technician. His steadfast commitment to each and every position he has held speaks volumes about his dedication to the company and its customers, says the company.

Bailey completed his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) at The University of Texas at Arlington in December 2011, followed by his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Christian University in May 2022.

“It’s been rewarding watching Justin develop great leadership and business management skills in his multiple roles over the past 25 years at Lone Star,” says Raymond Bailey.
