TEAMING UP: SVT Acquires MKE, Increases Reach in Michigan and Indiana
This move “expands the solutions and services to customers in Michigan and the surrounding region,” according to an SVT press release announcing the deal.
“We’re taking a careful but deliberate approach in growing our company to deliver the best services and solutions to our customers,” says SVT president and CEO Josh Shanahan in the announcement. “This acquisition provides us additional reach in western Michigan but also enhances our expertise in critical communications and security for health care, education, institutional and manufacturing customers.”
