The EA-STREAM-PRE-4 is Episode’s first Ryff-enabled streaming product and supports high-resolution audio up to 192kHz/24-bit. Through the Ryff platform, integrators can provide access to popular streaming services while maintaining a streamlined experience for end users. The preamp can operate as a standalone streaming solution or integrate into a Control4 system, giving integrators flexibility based on the requirements of each project.
Designed with professional integrators in mind, the preamp supports interoperability with MoIP, Control4, OvrC and AirPlay 2. OvrC also provides remote monitoring, configuration, firmware updates and troubleshooting capabilities, helping integrators support systems after installation without always requiring an on-site service call.
The four-zone architecture provides four independent audio streams from a single preamp. Multiple units can also be combined when a project requires additional zones or streaming sources, making the platform suitable for larger multi-room audio installations. The compact 1U rack-mount design helps conserve valuable rack space while keeping the system organized and scalable.
