NSCA Announces Board of Directors for 2025-2026

NSCA, not-for-profit association representing the commercial integration industry, announced the election of new officers to its dedicated board of directors for 2025-2026.

Who Are The New Board of Directors at NSCA?

According to the statement, Dale Bottcher, chief revenue officer at AVI-SPL, will continue in his role as NSCA president. Christina De Bono, president at ClearTech Media and NSCA vice president, will continue in her role as well. Shedan Maghzi, strategic advisor at Avidex, will remain as NSCA treasurer, while Don Mastro, chief revenue officer at AVI Systems, stays on as NSCA secretary.

Laurie MacKeigan, president at Backman Vidcom, will continue her board term as a board member for her third and final year. New board member Chris Wasp Jr., CEO at Ronco, will join her, says NSCA.

“Chris has already demonstrated tremendous energy, creativity, and commitment since joining the NSCA Board of Directors,” remarks Tom LeBlanc, NSCA executive director. “We’re confident that his perspective will strengthen our efforts to support the entire NSCA community.”

According to the organization, there is currently one open NSCA Board of Directors position. The goal is to fill that position at the upcoming Business & Leadership Conference (BLC) on Feb. 24-26, 2026.

NSCA Education Foundation Enforces Leadership Changes

In 2025-2026, the NSCA Education Foundation is seeing leadership changes as well, says the organization.

The board will continue to have Lauren Simmen, marketing director at Jabra, serve as president. Dawna Payne, executive vice president at Texadia Systems, formerly treasurer, is now vice president. Tim Hennon, CEO at Digital Labor Solutions, replaces Ingolf de Jong in the role of treasurer. Per the statement, de Jong concludes several years of service to NSCA and the NSCA Education Foundation, making a strong impact on the industry’s educational mission and industry outreach.

The organization reveals that three new directors have joined the NSCA Education Foundation Board of Directors in 2025:

  • Dawn Cagliano, IVCi
  • Max Curry, Infinity Sound
  • Frank West, QSC

They will work alongside the following board members who are continuing their terms:

  • Michael Boettcher, Edge
  • Chris Reese, ASW
  • Gina Sansivero, AtlasIED

According to NSCA, this year marks the end of Steve Greenblatt’s service to the NSCA Education Foundation.
