LEA Professional Powers Major Booths at CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025
At CEDIA Expo/CIX 2025, LEA Professional powered the booths of ADI Global Distribution, Barco Residential, Just Video Walls, Leon Speakers, Powerhouse Alliance, Soundvision Technologies and EDGE Sound Research.
“CEDIA Expo/CIX is the perfect place to showcase the technologies that move our industry forward, and LEA Professional continues to stand out as a partner that delivers,” says Caitlin Stewart, sales director – residential, Leon Speakers. “We chose LEA because their Connect Series amplifiers combine the reliability and power of commercial-grade systems with the flexibility and control that residential projects demand. The show gives us the ideal platform to demonstrate those capabilities to integrators who are looking for smarter, more efficient solutions.”
“Our Embodied Sound demo room was a huge success at the show. We created a fully immersive, embodied experience that was unmatched on the floor,” adds Dr. Ethan Castro, co-founder and CTO of EDGE Sound Research. “The Connect Series is our go-to choice for our installations as it keeps pace with our extraordinary requirements with their power density, flexible channel options, and programmable architecture. At EDGE Sound Research, innovation is at the core of what we do, and LEA shares that same commitment.”
LEA Professional Brings Together Residential and Commercial Sectors
LEA Professional remarks that its Connect Series amplifiers — engineered initially for demanding commercial environments — now bring professional-grade performance to residential projects. Available in half-rack and 1U models with 2-, 4-, and 8-channel configurations, these smart amplifiers deliver powerful, reliable audio while saving space in the rack, the company states.
According to LEA Professional, the Connect Series help simplify installation and give integrators more flexibility. Each amplifier features advanced 96kHz DSP, over 3,000 preloaded speaker tunings, and supports Lo-Z/Hi-Z speaker loads, selectable by channel, for mixed system designs. With LEA Cloud, integrators also gain secure remote control, real-time monitoring and firmware updates from anywhere in the world. Per the company, this makes system management more efficient for both integrators and homeowners.
To ensure seamless integration into today’s smart homes, LEA amplifiers also include open API support and compatibility with control systems such as Crestron and Control4, says the company.
“CEDIA Expo/CIX is a fantastic opportunity for our industry to come together and celebrate the innovations shaping the future of technology,” says Dan Augsburger, residential sales and business development manager at LEA Professional. “The energy on the show floor was electric, and it was inspiring to see the Connect Series amplifiers contributing to that buzz. We’re proud to help residential integrators deliver commercial-grade performance in smart amplification to today’s homes.”
