AVI-SPL has made a major strategic investment in artificial intelligence through a new executive advisory engagement with Sol Rashidi, widely recognized as the world’s leading Chief AI Officer and a global authority on enterprise AI transformation.
The announcement comes ahead of Rashidi’s keynote address at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, where she will take the main stage to discuss the future of AI in business and technology. Through this relationship, Rashidi will advise and guide AVI-SPL’s executive leadership team on the opportunities, risks, and practical applications of AI across customer solutions, operations and employee experience.
“AI is not a future initiative for us; it is a strategic priority today,” says Julian Phillips, senior vice president and managing director, XTG at AVI-SPL. “Our customers are already asking us how to use AI in practical, responsible ways to improve experiences, operations, and outcomes, and we are already exploring multiple business cases and applications. Partnering with Sol ensures we are not just experimenting, but building a disciplined, enterprise-ready approach to AI that creates real value.”

A Strategic Investment in Leadership, Not Just Technology
AVI-SPL has made AI a core pillar of its long-term strategy, recognizing that artificial intelligence will fundamentally reshape how organizations design, manage and experience technology-enabled spaces. The engagement with Sol Rashidi represents the company’s first major strategic investment in this area and signals a commitment to approach AI with both ambition and discipline.
Rather than focusing solely on automation or incremental efficiency gains, Sol’s will help AVI-SPL define how AI can responsibly and meaningfully enhance customer experiences, improve service delivery, strengthen operations and empower employees across the global organization.
Advancing Thought Leadership at the Industry’s Biggest Stage
Rashidi is widely known for her work leading AI transformations at global enterprises and for shaping how organizations move from experimentation to real, scalable impact.
AVI-SPL’s AI strategy is focused on leadership and outcomes, not technology for its own sake. Rashidi is best known for her work helping global enterprises operationalize AI responsibly and for creating the Human Amplification Index (HAI), a framework that measures whether AI is genuinely increasing human capability rather than simply accelerating activity.
“Most organizations are still talking about AI in theoretical terms,” says Sol Rashidi. “AVI-SPL is focused on applying AI at enterprise scale, with the right guardrails, and with a clear focus on amplifying human contribution. Our work together will focus on moving from experimentation to execution in a way that builds trust and delivers real outcomes.”
From Experimentation to Enterprise Impact
Through this engagement, Rashidi will work directly with AVI-SPL’s executive team to help shape AI strategy, governance and prioritization across the business. The focus will include customer-facing solutions, managed services and operations, internal productivity and long-term innovation.
“This is not about chasing hype,” Phillips adds. “It is about building a thoughtful, enterprise-grade approach to AI that strengthens our business, our customer outcomes and our industry leadership.”
