What Is ISE 2027 About?
ISE 2027 centers on convergence, the moment when the lines between AV, IT, broadcast, live events, smart buildings and education blur and the most valuable work happens where those worlds meet. The theme “When Worlds Unite” reflects where the industry is heading, and the 2027 edition brings different industries, disciplines and generations of talent into the same space.
When and Where Does ISE 2027 Take Place?
ISE 2027 takes place Feb. 2-5, 2027 at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via. The show returns to its Barcelona home, inviting professionals from across the AV and systems integration industry to experience what happens “When Worlds Unite.”
Opening registration marks the first step for attendees planning their trip. Integrators can secure their place now ahead of four days of technology, ideas and connection.
What Does Mike Blackman Say About the Theme?
Mike Blackman, managing director of Integrated Systems Events, says the theme captures the current moment for the industry. He says convergence is the force behind the most interesting work happening today.
“Bringing our industry together has always been at the heart of ISE, and that spirit is central to ISE 2027,” Blackman says. “When Worlds Unite is about the moment we are in, when boundaries are disappearing and new connections are creating new possibilities. It is about what happens when AV meets IT, technology meets creativity, and established expertise meets the next generation. That is when the most interesting work is happening, and at ISE 2027 you don’t just see the change, you are part of it. This is when the future of our industry gets created. Opening registration is the first step, and I would encourage everyone in the industry to be part of it.”
How Is ISE 2027 Expanding Its Footprint?
ISE 2027 expands beyond the Gran Via halls into Fira Montjuïc, connecting the AV community with new audiences and ideas across education and the creative industries. That expansion reflects the same spirit of convergence running through every part of the show.
The move gives integrators a wider view of the markets their work increasingly touches. By reaching into education and creative spaces, ISE broadens the range of conversations and opportunities available on the floor.
What Does an ISE 2027 Badge Include?
An ISE 2027 badge includes access to the show floors of EdTech Congress and Spark on Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 3-4. One registration covers three show floors, giving attendees more room to explore and discover what’s next.
That added access is a practical benefit for integrators tracking adjacent markets. The single-badge approach removes friction and opens the door to education and creative industry audiences alongside the core AV show.
How Can Visitors Book Accommodation?
Visitors can book accommodation through bnetwork, ISE’s official accommodation partner, which offers exclusive hotel rates across Barcelona. A dedicated booking site lets attendees compare hotels by distance from the Fira, price, sustainability and guest ratings.
bnetwork’s support goes well beyond rooms. With a team on site at the Fira throughout the show, bnetwork can arrange airport transfers and group transport, book restaurants, and source and organize off-site spaces for meetings, hospitality and private events. Visitors can browse hotels at isehotels.bnetwork.com or contact the team at [email protected].
