Kramer Electronics is a global manufacturer of products that include routers, distribution amps, multi-viewers and controllers.
The Skinny: The company’s latest product is the new VS-62H matrix switcher, which it says can be configured by electronics professionals to accomplish a number of signal management tasks.
The Specs: states the VS-62H is a 6×2 matrix switch that incorporates support for Ultra HD and 4K signals, and provides a total data rate capability of 8.91Gbps or 2.97Gbps per channel.
The small footprint matrix switcher also incorporates embedded webpage control to facilitate full device configuration, and it provides Kramer P3000 and front panel setup options. Other features include three levels of automation per output (last connection, priority and manual override), and a simple mode that allows for controller-free operation.

Kramer points out the dual outputs enable dealers to set up dual screen or video conferencing systems, and provisions for advanced EDID and HDCP configuration and support.
Solutions: Kramer says dealers can use the VS-62H for jobs that include meeting room, classrooms and entertainment venues.
