Nureva Inc. announced that New Jersey-based Crestron’s 3-Series and 4-Series control systems now include controls for Nureva audio systems. The company states it created the certified module using the Nureva Developer Toolkit. It is now available through the Creston Application Market. Moreover, it will streamline operation of Nureva audio systems from Crestron’s room control panels. Nureva is of course, a Canada-based innovator of advanced audio conferencing solutions.
Features of the Module
Once configured, customers can adjust volume and treble and mute and unmute their devices. They can also set the microphone pickup area, recalibrate their device and update firmware. Customers can perform all of this from the cloud. Thus, it provides a reliable, convenient and integrated experience through a single user interface. Additionally, the Nureva Console enables the Developer Toolkit. Per Nureva, the console is a cloud-based platform that lets customers remotely manage their Nureva audio systems.
Nureva adds that IT staff and AV professionals have requested such integrations that work easily with existing equipment. Thus, the company hopes the simple installation and setup of its audio systems appeals to them. The company also highlights its automation and control offerings from the integration solution.
In addition, the Microphone Mist technology powers the new product line. The line includes the HDL200 audio system for small rooms and the HDL300 audio system for mid-size rooms. It also has Dual HDL300 audio system for large rooms and Nureva XT, a tightly integrated audio and video solution for classrooms.
“One of the most frequent requests from our Nureva audio customers has been for integrations with Crestron room control systems, and we are pleased to now have this available,” Nancy Knowlton, Nureva’s CEO, says. “This is an excellent example of how the Nureva Developer Toolkit can make it easy to integrate Nureva systems with third-party products and workflows.”
