1 SOUND to Debut Auralis 3D Audio Design Software at ISE 2024

1 SOUND, the Tinton, N.J.-based, loudspeaker manufacturer, will debut Auralis, its new 3D audio design and prediction software at ISE. The multipurpose sound design tool, enables precise, high-resolution, full-color audio predictions of loudspeaker design in a three-dimensional space. With Auralis, users can import 27 different types of files, including SketchUp (SKP) and AutoCAD (DXF) files, or easily create their own three-dimensional space. This software is intuitive, says the company, allowing easily navigation around the design with fingertip free-rotation. Users can organize their designs with named groups.

The Auralis software allows users to build or import their space and adjust the system’s mechanical information with all 1 SOUND rigging accessories. With Auralis, users can quickly put together a line array using 1 SOUND’s Tower Series, and automatically splay for uniform coverage.

From there, users can see 3D acoustical mapping, SPL predictions, and measure phase coherency and off-axis response. This application will give users access to working accurately with all 1 SOUND loudspeakers and rigging hardware with measurement microphones.

One of the newer features Auralis will have is to generate customizable reports with design photos, notes, and all the applicable information saving time and putting together a detailed, impactful report that is visually appealing and easy to read.

1 SOUND will be announcing Auralis and the application’s future release date at ISE. 1 Sound will be presenting demonstrations of the software’s beta version at its stand #7J420 in the center aisle of Audio Hall 7.
