Skype for Business Now Integrates with ClearOne Collaborate Pro

Expanding the capabilities of its Collaboration Pro line of communications solutions, ClearOne announces it now offers compatibility with Skype for Business for its Collaborate Pro line of products.

The Collaborate Pro collection of media collaboration solutions includes the Collaborate Pro 300, Collaborate 600 and Collaborate 900 systems.

ClearOne points out the Collaborate Pro line of products offers everything from low-cost room appliances and audio endpoints to PTZ cameras. Through ClearOne’s selection of products, integrators can build systems for group-room collaboration, including video conferencing, audio conferencing, Skype for Business, Spontania cloud video & web conferencing, recording and streaming, and wireless presentations.

Skype for Business is an easy-to-use collaboration platform that costs as little as $5 per month and facilitates meetings with as many as 250 people in a secure environment.

The Skype for Business platform also integrates with Microsoft Office to enable users to see contacts’ online statuses, and to schedule meetings in Outlook. Other Skype for Business Microsoft-friendly options include the ability to start meetings from popular programs such as Word and PowerPoint to facilitate collaboration sessions easily.

ClearOne points out that its Collaborate Pro series of products also supports traditional SIP/H.323 video conferencing, cloud video and web conferencing. Moreover, ClearOne explains that Skype for Business with its native integration, multi-wireless user presentation will deliver high levels of audio quality to users.

In addition, the Salt Lake City, Utah-based company emphasizes that its Collaborate Pro series of products provides a single, consistent user interface and experience across all of its collaboration applications.
