The global technology company Barco has launched its latest LCD video wall platform. The newly introduced line of video wall products is called UniSee, and Barco says the line is based on a modular construction approach that features LCM panels that fit onto a mounting system powered by gravity.
Barco explains UniSee provides businesses with rooms such as meeting rooms, lobbies, reception areas, experience centers and control rooms with a high level of performance.
The company also points out that its UniSee video wall product line is completely bezel-less to provide a seamless video wall experience.
Through the use of a companion mounting system, the system ensures perfect alignment of LCD panels and hosts all input and power modules to facilitate fast and easy installations.
Barco UniSee Video Wall Platform Fuels Growth Plans
Summing up the state of the commercial video market, Barco claims that it owns a 44 percent of the rear-projection video wall category in the EMEA market and 39 percent in the Americas.
According to Barco, it also owns 18 percent of the LCD video wall market in the EMEA and the Americas. [related]
Barco asserts that with the launch of the UniSee LCD video wall product line, its profile in the category will be raised to help it challenge for the leadership position within the LCD video wall market.
