AVI-SPL focuses on added capabilities and new features of its Virtual Meeting Room (VMR) collaboration services at InfoComm 2016.

AVI-SPL’s interoperable VMR service Unify ME will benefit from some of these enhanced features, including “one-click” collaboration, meeting recording and streaming capabilities, Microsoft Exchange integration, and the Symphony monitoring and management platform for analysis of quality in meeting experiences.

“Adding these features continue AVI-SPL’s pioneering of the AV/IT convergence, and remain at the forefront of today’s transforming workplace,” says Dale Bottcher, senior VP of sales at AVI-SPL. “With our ability to offer room readiness, deploy the very best collaboration technology solutions, as well as support services to assist client collaboration strategies, we’re taking customer experience to a whole new level.”

AVI-SPL’s next generation of collaboration services are as follows.

Instant Collaboration

Powered by Tely and coupled with AVI-SPL’s cloud services, no backed infrastructure or staff is needed. Fully managed huddle space solutions with single touch to join, shared content, and Unify ME conferencing or other high quality VMRs.

Meeting Broadcast and Recording

Live stream high quality video to any device or record and share directly.

Proactive Monitoring with Symphony
