3-Year Warranty Increases the Appeal of Yamaha CS-700 Video Collaboration System

The Yamaha_Unified Communications CS 700 Video System is now backed by a three-year warranty.

Yamaha Unified Communications has announced a three-year extended warranty for the Yamaha CS-700 video collaboration system.

According to Yamaha Unified Communications, the newly announced extended warranty demonstrates it commitment to provide users with peace-of-mind through quality and reliability.

“As more and more companies embark on a new communications journey and use technology to bridge remote participants, it’s only natural that those customers will need additional support to create the best collaboration environment,” says Mike Fitch, vice president of global sales and marketing, Yamaha Unified Communications.

“Our broadened warranty for the Yamaha CS-700 video collaboration system offers the most comprehensive protection coverage available for a professional collaboration system. This policy will give customers confidence in their huddle room investment and peace-of-mind maintaining installations, even years down the road.”

The newly announced warranty covers a range of system elements that include advanced replacement within one business day, unlimited service and technical support calls, and full system coverage for three years.

Yamaha explains the extended maintenance service option for the CS-700 video collaboration system can be purchased through Yamaha Unified Communications (UC) resellers, and customers have a 30-day period from the original purchase date to opt for the extended service option.

The Sudbury, Mass.-based company adds that if an issue comes up and the user has the extended warranty, support is a single call away.

Once a problem is confirmed by its support specialists, a replacement unit is shipped within a single business day. Yamaha UC says this level of services helps to minimize down time and any interruptions to communication workflow.
