Vaddio has emerged as a leader in providing AV integrators with collaboration and content-sharing solutions. During ISE 2018, the solutions provider hammered home that reputation by showing off Vaddio DocCam 20 HDBT Camera, OneLINK Bridge.

First, the Vaddio DocCam 20 HDBT Camera

According to Vaddio, a Milestone company, the DocCAM 20 HDBT Camera is  its new high definition, recessed in-ceiling overhead document camera which features 20x optical zoom and high-definition 1080p/60fps resolution.

This solution is ideal for higher-ed classrooms, board rooms and other settings where a razor-sharp overhead view is a must for presentations. The recessed design preserves clean site lines.

Inside the OneLINK Bridge

OneLINK Bridge is an industry-first crossover appliance that combines a camera extension system with an audio mixer, creating a USB bridge that connects professional AV sources to PCs – all in a single device, according to Vaddio.

It converts an audio/video source from any PTZ camera or AV switcher into a USB 3.0 media stream – allowing end users to use applications like Skype for Business, Google Hangouts, WebEx and Zoom.

Exploring Huddle Rooms

Huddle Rooms have become a trend in nearly every organization, from corporate offices to higher education facilities, healthcare to government, and beyond.

The ability to step into a small space outfitted with technology to work alone or collaborate with a small group has proven invaluable for many companies.

Still, plenty of organizations are unsure as to what should go in the huddle room.
