Adding to its Devio family of products, Biamp has introduced its Devio DCM-1 ceiling microphone. Biamp says the DCM-1 can be paired with products such as the company’s Devio CR-1 base unit, as well as its DTM-1 tabletop microphone and other beamforming microphones to form complete AV conferencing solutions. Biamp notes that when combined with the CR-1, a Devio system can pass video from a laptop computer to a monitor via HDMI or two monitors through an included USB 3.0 cable that includes USB graphics technologies.
