Crestron HD-MD-400-C-E HDMI Switcher
Crestron states its HD-MD-400-CE HDMI Switcher provides integrators with a low-cost switcher and extender that fulfills end users’ media management needs. The unit has a 3 x 1 transmitter and an HD receiver, and Crestron says the product installs in minutes in locations such as podiums and under tables. The company explains the device also features two HDMI inputs, one VGA input, and analog audio inputs, and products like laptops can be connected from as far away as 230 feet through HDBaseT. Crestron points out the HD-MD-400-CE HDMI Switcher also includes options for local sources like one of its AirMedia (AM-100) wireless presentation gateways.
