5 Top Products Launched at NAB 2017

Video streaming company Haivision collaborated with Intel and Nokia at NAB 2017 to demonstrate dual-streaming (stereoscopic) virtual reality content in 4K, or 4K Stereoscopic VR.

Using its latest versions of H.264 and HEVC technologies, Haivision showcased its KB 4K Internet streaming encoder.

The KB 4K Internet streaming encoder is available with Intel’s Visual Compute Accelerator 2 (Intel VCA 2), and Haivision says the inclusion of the Intel VCA 2 augments the capabilities of its KB 4K encoder with the ability to transcode media with the power of Intel’s Xeon Processor E3 v5.
