Aurora’s production line in Morganville, NJ has the capacity of populating circuit boards at a rate of 20,000 parts per hour. In keeping with its “Made in USA” standards, the company decided to install the new production line in New Jersey. When asked why Aurora continues to manufacture in the US while most competitors are moving off-shore, Aurora’s CEO, Paul Harris, said, “Without a doubt we want to support our local economy, and manufacturing here allows us to maintain very tight control over quality.”
